Your Initial Assessment

Once your intake forms are completed, I’ll review everything and reach out to schedule your 60-minute Initial Assessment.

In this session, we will:

  • Review your full medical and fertility history

  • Analyse key dietary and lifestyle risk factors

  • Interpret relevant lab data

  • Build your structured improvement plan

From there, we move into disciplined implementation and measurable progress.
