3.4. Payment for Services is required in advance at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. No Guarantees

4.1. Axis Dietetics provides services from an Accredited Practising Dietitian.

4.2. However, no guarantees are made regarding specific fertility outcomes, pregnancy, weight loss, or other clinical results.

4.3. Results vary depending on individual circumstances, adherence, medical factors, and other variables beyond our control.

5. Third-Party Platforms

5.1. Axis Dietetics may use third-party systems including Practice Better and Cronometer to deliver services.

5.2. While we take reasonable steps to recommend secure platforms, Axis Dietetics is not responsible for the operation, data handling practices, security, or performance of third-party providers.

5.3. You acknowledge that no online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure and accept this risk when using telehealth or digital tools.
