Who This Is For
This assessment is for you if:
Your semen results aren’t where you’d like them to be
You’re preparing for IVF or your next cycle
You’ve been told “everything looks normal” but it’s still not working
You want to show up fully and support your partner — not leave it all to her
You want confidence that you’ve done everything within your control
You want clarity before committing to ongoing support
How It Works
Before
You complete structured intake forms and a food record so we have real data to work with. (Complimentary Cronometer Gold access included.)
During
In a 60-minute consultation, we review your fertility history, nutrition, lifestyle, blood work and goals. We identify what’s most likely influencing your results and where to focus.
After
You receive a clear 12-week action plan outlining what to prioritise — food, lifestyle and supplements where appropriate — along with guidance on retesting timelines.
What You Walk Away With
A personalised 12-week action plan
Clear priorities (what matters most right now)
Tailored supplement guidance if appropriate
Practical food and lifestyle strategies
