Axis Dietetics – Nutrition Services Terms and Conditions
1. About These Terms
1.1. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between you and Axis Dietetics, operated by Alexander Hardy trading as Axis Dietetics (ABN: 52741716006), of 46 Lake Street, Forster, New South Wales, 2428, Australia (“Axis Dietetics,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
1.2. By booking, purchasing, or using any dietetic services provided by Axis Dietetics (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1.3. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not proceed with using our Services.
1.4. Axis Dietetics may update these Terms from time to time. Changes apply prospectively and do not affect Services already purchased unless required by law.
2. Services Provided
2.1. Axis Dietetics provides nutrition and dietetics services, including but not limited to:
The Sperm Health Assessment
The Sperm Health Accelerator
Individual follow-up sessions where appropriate
2.2. Services are delivered online via secure telehealth platforms unless otherwise specified.
2.3. Services provided by Axis Dietetics do not replace medical treatment or advice. No guarantees are made regarding specific fertility outcomes, pregnancy, weight loss, or other clinical results.
2.4. Clients acknowledge that services are educational and advisory in nature and rely on the accuracy and completeness of information provided by the client.
3. Payment
3.1. Fees are payable in advance at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing under a payment plan.
3.2. Axis Dietetics reserves the right to change Fees at any time. Fee changes do not apply to Services already booked and paid for.
4. Refunds and Consumer Guarantees
4.1. Services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
4.2. The Sperm Health Accelerator includes a 30-day money-back guarantee as detailed in Clause 5.7.
4.3. Refunds for other Services are limited to circumstances required under Australian Consumer Law or as outlined in these Terms.
5. Bookings, Cancellations and Program Conditions
5.1. Bookings are made via the online booking system available on the Axis Dietetics website.
5.2. Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled online up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
5.3. Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours require email contact and may incur a $50 fee or forfeiture of the session fee.
5.4 Sperm Health Assessment
The Sperm Health Assessment is payable in advance at the time of booking.
If you cancel or reschedule with more than 24 hours’ notice, your payment will be held as a credit for a future session.
Credits must be used within four (4) months of your initial consultation date. Unused credits after this period will be forfeited.
If you fail to attend with less than 24 hours’ notice, the session fee will be retained.
5.5 Sperm Health Accelerator
The Sperm Health Accelerator is payable in advance unless otherwise agreed under a payment plan.
The Accelerator is designed to be completed over approximately twelve (12) weeks. All included sessions must be used within four (4) months of commencement unless an extension is granted at Axis Dietetics’ discretion.
Sessions and credits are non-transferable.
5.6 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
The Sperm Health Accelerator includes a 30-day money-back guarantee.
If you are not satisfied within thirty (30) days of commencement, you may request a refund by contacting alex@axisdietetics.com.
Axis Dietetics may require reasonable evidence of participation, including attendance at scheduled sessions and engagement with agreed actions, before processing a refund.
No refunds will be provided after the 30-day period.
Any outstanding payments under a payment plan remain payable in full unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5.7 Extensions and Interruptions
If significant health, personal, or treatment-related disruptions occur, you must notify Axis Dietetics as soon as possible.
Extensions may be granted at our discretion.
Unused sessions beyond four (4) months without an approved extension will be forfeited.
5.8 Email Support
Email support is provided for basic administrative queries.
Clinical advice requiring detailed review may require booking a consultation.
5.9 Technical Issues
In the event of technical difficulties during telehealth sessions, reasonable efforts will be made to reconnect or reschedule the remaining portion of the session.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
6.2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the resupply of Services or the amount paid for the Services.
6.3. Axis Dietetics is not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
7. Privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with the Axis Dietetics Privacy Policy.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
